Chris Faraldi serves as the Ward IV Representative and Vice Mayor of Lynchburg City Council. The Ward stretches from the Campbell and Bedford County border to Rivermont Avenue.

Ward IV is mainly comprised of the following neighborhoods: Heritage Hills, Wyndhurst, Seven Oaks, Old Graves Mill Road, Richland Hills, Sandusky, Fort Hill, Old Forest Road, Linkhorne, Oak Wood, and Link Road.
