2026 CITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS
City Council elections are this year. One thing is sure, we need Marty Misjuns out of City Hall. If for any other reason, and boy there are many... Misjuns is putting up a front against Flock cameras... but sending clear and obvious signals he's just going to bring another surveillance vendor to Lynchburg after election day.

Misjuns has a wonky record on Flock, ALPRs, and future Surveillance practices in Lynchburg.
He has said he is "50/50" on ALPR Surveillance, not "necessarily opposed" to ALPRs, wants "Control of Every Aspect Of It" and when asked about a State-wide warrant requirement for using ALPR tech... NO ANSWER.
It doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a Democrat ... ANY candidate who has openly made these statements has NO business leading our city.
